Wow it's sure been a while since I wrote in this thing. In the last year and a half of not posting:

-Had braces. I wish I had a time machine and could have told 12 year old me to get them then so I didn't have to as 20 year old me.

-Currently 9 or 10 classes from graduationings. I think if I get reincarnated I'll pick something easier than a physics degree.

-Decided to go into the workforce right after December '08 graduationing, lolgrad school maybe not so much.

-Went to Washington DC and New Orleans on various vacations. Also one of them starmen.net gatherings and met more peoples at anime cons which I still go to so some people actually know what I look like...

-...except maybe not so much now as I used to have stupidly long hair and chopped it all off in November for Locks of Love. I never had hair shorter than 2 inches below shoulders, it was like to my belly button, and now I have a chin length bob. It's absolutely fantastic.

-Got engaged. Well, that one's only about a month old. But still noteworthy. September 13th, 2009 is the big day so I don't have to do any Serious Business planning while still in school. Moving in together for realz sometime this summer.

So yeah. I just fail at posting on message boards nowadays but I still exist on some random corners of the internet, I have another LJ I actually do update though. Also probably no thanks to me starting to play WoW about a year ago (except I'm slow like slowcat at leveling, having only hit 70 a little over 2 months ago) which is fun enough when you play stupidly casually like me and the fiance (oh god I'm still not used to that) do.

Hmm, I suppose that's it. Props to whoever reads this.

So for a 4 day trip in early September what's a better vacation spot, Montreal or Cape Cod? Montreal's not that much more of a drive and both places have tasty food so I cannot decide help me internets!

Man I'm really not all that good at updating this. Whoops.

So what to put in a quick round up of the last 13 or 14 months of internet disappearance? Hrmm.

- I am now officially a physics major/math minor and with the completion of differential equations this summer, halfway done credit wise (though it'll probably take an extra semester due to stuff only being offered once a year) Yikes. I feel old.

- Have a single room at school now. Hooray for no more lame-o roommates!

- The neverending GPA struggle still continues.

- Got dumped for not even two weeks before the boyfriend realized I'm just too damn awesome to ditch but that was a weird quasi breakup so we don't count it. That means I've been dating the same guy for over 2 years now - he's got an apartment since August that I half live at during the year and now don't always preface discussions about The Future with "if." But no wedding bells yet kids - I'm still 2 or 2 1/2 years out from graduating.

- Not working at the summer music camp, this summer I'm a res life ID swiper monkey for little pay but I do get to bring a lappy and play around on the internet all shift since it's pretty slow during the summer as you can imagine.

- Went to Florida on my first vacation with the boyfriend in forever in January. That was nice, though I wish we had a car for most of it and weren't stuck at my aunt's place for a good chunk of the week.

- Also got my wisdom teeth out in January OH GOD DRY SOCKETS ARE THE WORST PAIN I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED DOUBLE SO IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO THE L33T PAINKILLERS AND HAVE TO SUFFER FOR 3 DAYS DUE TO WEEKEND AND BEING A DUMBASS AND THINKING IT'S NORMAL PAIN. At least I never have to go through it again.

That sounds about all that's mildly exciting, I think.
